Paperless/Electronic Notification of Document Delivery Agreement

The party to this Agreement is the policyholder who agrees to the following:

 1. You agree to have Dryden Mutual Insurance Company electronically send you an email notification when a new policy or billing document becomes available for viewing within your customer portal account. Policy and billing documents include, but are not limited to, new business and renewal declaration pages, invoices (includes recurring ACH/EFT and credit card notices), cancellation notices, reinstatement notices, payment receipts, correspondence letters, conditional renewal notices, non-renewal notices, and recission of non-renewal notices. For the above listed documents, you will no longer receive the documents via USPS mail. (Cancellation notices, conditional renewal notices, and non-renewal notices will also be sent via USPS certified mail as a courtesy notification.)

2. You will receive an email when the documents and/or bills are available, and you can view them by logging into your customer portal account at https://mypolicy.drydenmutual.com with your user id and password.

3. We may issue some notices or documents by USPS mail and not by electronic delivery. Examples of such documents are policy amendments (endorsements) and policies that are auditable, expired, or cancelled.

4. At any time while this Agreement is effective, you may obtain a paper copy of any policy or billing document at no charge by calling Dryden Mutual Insurance Company at 1-800-724-0560 and requesting a copy.

5. This Agreement is voluntary. You may unenroll in paperless/electronic notification of document delivery at any time by logging into your customer portal account and changing your delivery preference to “mail.” Immediately upon unenrolling, all future documents or bills will be provided to you in paper form and sent via USPS.

6. You are responsible for maintaining a current e-mail address on file to ensure that your documents and/or bills are deliverable. You may update your email address, at any time by accessing your profile within your customer portal account at https://mypolicy.drydenmutual.com and making that change for each of your policies.

7. To access the site and obtain documents or bills electronically, you will need access to the World Wide Web (Internet) and a security-enabled web browser, with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Many other browsers will also work with our site. The information you send to us is encrypted. We use an industry standard Secure Socket Layer to allow for encryption of sensitive personal information such as name, address, credit card, or bank account information that you have been requested to provide online. You will also need an email address, as well as PDF reader software, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader® that can be downloaded directly from their website (https://get.adobe.com/reader/ ) if you do not have it on your computer. You will need a printer if you wish to print out your documents.

8. You are responsible for accessing, opening, and viewing your documents or bills. When you enroll in Paperless/Electronic Notification of Document Delivery, documents for your current policy term will remain available as long as the policy is in force.  If you cannot access, open, or view any documents or bills, you must contact Dryden Mutual Insurance Company (see #4 above).

9. At any time, Dryden Mutual Insurance Company may amend the terms of this Agreement. If this happens, we will notify you by providing notice of the amendment(s). If you do not agree with the terms of the amendment(s), you can unenroll/terminate this Agreement (see #5 above).

10. Dryden Mutual Insurance cannot guarantee that the delivery of email notifications for documents and bills will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not liable for: any loss or damage arising from problems with your equipment or your telecommunications provider; your failure to meet your responsibilities as outlined herein; or any equipment problems or other occurrences beyond our reasonable control. It is recommended that enrolled users add the email address DrydenNotifications@drydenmutual.com to their safe senders list (whitelist) to ensure emails do not get flagged as spam or junk.

11. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that you are able to view the documents and/or bills using your computer and software in accordance with the technical requirements listed in this document. This Agreement is immediately effective when you enroll for electronic notification of document delivery.
